Tucson Market Statistics for January 2024

The market continues to move in the Tucson area and the surrounding communities. Interest rates have corrected from the 8% range down to the 6.75% for a 30-year fixed rate loan. We are hoping for more rate improvements throughout the year.  Here are the January 2024 market statistics:

$411,211 is the average sales price (up 5.1% over last year)
